These terms apply to purchases made through pokepitch.co.uk. PokéPitch is a UK online trading-card retailer (Company No. 16221396; VAT No. 099001340670).
Products
We aim to describe products accurately, including language, format, quantity, condition and whether an item is in stock or available to pre-order. Product images are illustrative unless a listing states that it shows the exact item.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The product price and any delivery charge are shown before payment. Payment is completed through Stripe-hosted Checkout; PokéPitch does not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
Orders
An order is accepted when payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, a price or listing contains an obvious error, payment is reversed, or fraud checks reasonably require cancellation.
Pre-orders
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change because of suppliers, customs or carriers. Contact orders@pokepitch.co.uk promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Memberships
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Current tier price and benefits are shown before purchase. Benefits apply only while the subscription is active and may be subject to product exclusions shown before checkout.
Delivery and returns
Delivery services and charges are set out in our delivery policy. Cancellation, return, refund and damaged-item information is set out in our returns policy.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
