This policy explains how PokéPitch handles personal information when you browse the website, create an account, buy a product, purchase a membership or contact support.
Information we use
Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, email address, account identifier, delivery address, order contents, payment status, delivery choice, tracking information, support messages and optional Discord account connection. PokéPitch does not collect or store payment-card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts, process and deliver orders, operate memberships, prevent fraud, answer enquiries, meet legal and accounting duties, and maintain the security and performance of the store.
Service providers
Relevant information is handled by providers that support the store, including Stripe for hosted payments, Supabase for account and order data, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and delivery carriers for fulfilment. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements. Access is restricted and sensitive service credentials are kept server-side.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your information, or request a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
