Are your products authentic?
Yes. We only list genuine products and inspect sealed condition before dispatch. Singles use photos and condition notes for the exact card where stated.
How does UK delivery work?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is £3.65 and free when your basket reaches £150. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
When will my order dispatch?
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Pre-orders show a separate estimated date and may ship separately.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Unopened goods follow applicable UK consumer rights; personalised, opened or tampered sealed products may not qualify.
How does the 50p price promise work?
Send us a link to an identical, genuine and in-stock item from an established UK retailer. We compare the delivered price and confirm eligibility before purchase.
How are payments handled?
Payments are completed on Stripe’s secure hosted Checkout page. PokéPitch does not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
How do Clubcard points work?
Members earn points on eligible purchases and exchange them for discount rewards in their account. Exclusions are shown before checkout.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer parcel and product before opening it, then email us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
