Available services

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.65. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch, with end-to-end tracking and a delivery photo.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class — £3.95. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch. This service does not include end-to-end tracking.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.65. Aims for the next working day after dispatch, with end-to-end tracking and a delivery photo.

Delivery is free when the product subtotal reaches £150. The available service and final charge are confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Weekends, bank holidays, postcode and carrier disruption may affect arrival.

Tracking

When a tracked service is selected, tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Keep your confirmation email and order number. For help, contact orders@pokepitch.co.uk.

Pre-orders

Pre-order availability and expected timing are shown on the relevant product. An order containing pre-order and in-stock items may be held and dispatched together unless PokéPitch confirms otherwise.

Delivery problems

If an order is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, email support@pokepitch.co.uk with the order number. Keep the product and all packaging if damage is reported.
